49 million Americans live in households that don’t have enough food to feed their families. If you live in one of those households, you are not alone. 2-1-1 can connect you with programs that can help.

2-1-1 can provide you with information on local food pantries and sustainable food programs. Learn more about government food assistance through the Sustainable Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which helps millions of Americans purchase food through local groceries stores and farmer’s markets. You can also contact 2-1-1 for information on the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Children and Infants (WIC), which provides food and nutrition education to new mothers, infants and children up to age 5.
